These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the RentChamp.io service offered by (“RentChamp.io”).

By submitting any content to CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS, you represent, warrant and agree that:

You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto
All “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you
All content that you post is accurate
You are at least 18 years old
Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading
That infringes, violates or misuses any third party’s intellectual property, including any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity, or privacy rights
That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, including, but not limited to, HUD, fair-housing, anti-discrimination, export control, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising
That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation
For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party
That includes any information that references other websites, apartment communities, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers
That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files

Please note the following guidelines for Community Reviews:

Keep the review focused on the apartment community and experience living or visiting there
Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as the first or last names of the apartment community staff, or any other information that would make an individual uniquely identifiable
Do not use the review services as a tool to report maintenance issues, requests that need attention, etc. You should contact the apartment office staff directly

You agree to indemnify and hold CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS (and its officers, directors, members, affiliates, agents, parent and subsidiary companies, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

All content that you submit may be used at the sole discretion of CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS. CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS reserves the right to change, condense, delete, or not post any content that RentChamp.io deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these RentChamp.io Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use or the RentChamp.io Terms of Service. C.A.R. reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not RentChamp.io, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of RentChamp.io, its agents, parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.

In addition to these CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use, all submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in the CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS Privacy Statement and Terms of Service and, in the event of any conflict, these CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use shall control as to your use of, or submission of content to, the CHICAGOAPARTMENT.RENTALS Community Ratings and Reviews service
